Sr Financial Analyst, Corp FP&A

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Finance Analyst to support the GTM organization from our Shared Services Center in Prague.
 
This role is part of the Prague Finance team and will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Accounting, Procurement, Corporate Finance, and the GTM organization among others.
 
This role will play a critical part in spend management, with a strong emphasis on purchase requisition (PR) creation and lifecycle management, monthly accrual preparation, and accurate variance analysis across multiple Pure Storage Finance functions.
 
The ideal candidate will help drive consistency and scalability by supporting FP&A with Spend Management on a regular basis.
 
Additional responsibilities include delivering insightful business variance analysis and managing the full PR journey—from review and approval through invoicing, accrual, and closure.
 
Education:

• BA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent; MBA a plus

 
Experience:
What You Bring To The Team:

• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A.
• Experience with PR, Accrual and Spend Management critical.
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and modeling with strong Excel skills.
• Great systems experience in Excel, Google Sheets, Anaplan, NetSuite, Allocadia, Alteryx, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar systems and tools.
• High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large scale databases.
• Proficiency in MS Access, SQL, or database programming languages is a plus.
• Attention to detail when necessary and ability to synthesize large volumes of data and summarize into presentation/management views.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills, collaborative, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
