Job Description

Seeking experienced graphic designer to join our in-house Brand Studio. The ideal candidate will provide creative design support for the go-to-market team’s design needs falling outside of our external global agency’s scope, including custom sizes, formats, and video content. This role collaborates closely with internal Brand and Content as well as Marketing Operations teams to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant visuals and multimedia assets for a variety of internal and external communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce custom-sized graphics, presentations, and layouts for print and digital use to create and adapt advertising campaigns following client brief
  • Develop short-form videos, animated content, and motion graphics to support marketing, training, and internal communications
  • Work with our Smartsheet intake management tool as well as communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate business needs into impactful visual solutions
  • Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with short lead times and quick turnarounds
  • Confidently provide creative input and technical expertise to justify creative choices and
  • optimize production for simple, bespoke or complex requests
  • Conduct brand imagery search, selection and photo editing when needed
  • Prepare final artwork and assets for print, digital, and social media channels
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices, especially in video and multimedia production


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer in an in-house or agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating custom and non-standard design solutions, including video and multimedia work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD Adobe) and Figma
  • Experience with video editing, animation, and motion graphics
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred
  • Broad understanding of visual communication principles across various formats.
  • Passionate about details; a problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of technical specs related to publishing, print, digital design and media.
  • Nice to have experience: UI/UX design, responsive layouts, web graphics, animated
  • banners, and working with basic web development or prototyping tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, high-volume adaptation and versioning environment.
  • Excellent communications skills with internal & external stakeholders across regions and time zones.
  • Experience working with global brands a plus.
