Title - Analyst  
Duration- 11+ months 
Location- Georgetown, KY

Job Description:
 
What you'll be doing:

• Set up time & labor lines for production engineering team member time entry
• Create headcount analysis for annual Mid Term Business Plan
• Oversee reporting for actual time worked by project
• Work closely with A&F to reconcile monthly billing of time back to the projects
• Troubleshoot MyTime issues with HR, Payroll, and ITx teams
• Kaizen reporting methods to improve PE customer experience

 
Skills needed:

• Candidates should have either a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Microsoft Excel is mandatory
• Timesheet or payrolling experience would be helpful
• Knowledge of Kaizen reporting would be helpful
• Experience with PowerBI and SAP is a plus
• Previous background or experience working at company is a huge plus

 
Requirements:

• Candidates should have a HS degree/some college or equivalent work experience. Ideally would have a bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

Interview process:

• 30 minutes of STAR/Video interview with the Hiring Manager and other managers.
