Client is seeking an experienced Project Executive for a temporary, contingent worker assignment. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects or programs, ensuring alignment with client's strategic objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and proactively address risks to achieve successful outcomes. As the primary point of contact for stakeholders, you will provide regular updates and facilitate decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
 - Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
 - Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to drive project success.
 - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
 - Monitor project progress, manage budgets and timelines, and proactively mitigate risks.
 - Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
 - Facilitate decision-making and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
 - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
 
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within a large technology company.
 - Proven ability to lead complex projects and cross-functional teams.
 - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 - Demonstrated success in driving process improvement initiatives.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 
- Manage sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding of contingent workers (contractors, vendors, independent contractors)
 - Ensure compliance with local laws, policies, and client standards
 - Support managers and teams with contingent workforce processes and training
 - Oversee vendor management, assignment tracking, and data/reporting
 - Drive process improvements for efficiency and user experience
 - Act as main point of contact for contingent workforce issues and support requests
