Overview

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to lead and execute complex operational initiatives for retail product launches. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program management — from planning and execution to delivery and optimization — ensuring successful launches and sustained operational excellence. The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines and resources, and establish scalable processes to support retail growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including defining detailed retail operational processes, setting Rx sales requirements, and establishing clear success metrics.

  • Facilitate workshops and gather feature-level requirements to inform business strategy, roadmap planning, and resource allocation.

  • Maintain strong alignment between operational plans, the product roadmap, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Lead efforts to expand Rx product sales into new domestic and international markets, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adapting operational strategies as needed.

  • Monitor and report program progress, proactively manage risks, track action items, and resolve issues through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Organize and facilitate decision reviews across teams, documenting outcomes, impacts to requirements, and ensuring program alignment.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive execution, identify opportunities for process improvements, and deliver operational excellence.

  • Provide regular program updates, communicate key decisions, and engage stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7 years in program management, retail, or healthcare operations.

  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional programs.

  • Experience collaborating with external vendors and partners.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.

  • Background in multi-channel sales (consumer hardware/software).

  • Experience in retail operations and/or optical retail.

Must-Have Skills

  • Ability to lead complex initiatives, manage resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Strong process optimization skills; ability to leverage data to inform strategy and measure success.

  • Clear communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment through regular updates.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Direct-to-consumer retail experience (optical/healthcare preferred).

  • Multi-channel sales background (hardware/software).

  • Experience in international market expansion and regulatory compliance.

  • Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment experience.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities
