Job Title: PMO Analyst | PCO
Location: Toronto, ON (2 days Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months

Overview

• This role is to primarily support the PMO & portfolio, not Project managers directly although there could be opportunities to assist PMs\projects on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• Data gathering, analysis and reporting; 
• Project management software, data analysis tools….strong with Excel, Clarity, powerpoint, PBI experience would be great.
• Strong project governance \ project controls & SDLC experience (monitor, testing, tracking, reporting…)
• Experience working at large company preferably financial institution.
• Good communicator, collaboration
• PMO experience
• Process documentation (standardization, improvements).
• Good time management; able to mange multiple requests
• Waterfall and agile experience.
• Able to work independently, role will require directly engaging with Project Managers, other teams.
