As a part of the Data Governance Team the Data Privacy Analyst will provide support to the team in understanding the various data products that are under management including external and internally sourced data.
Work with users to educate on the availability and usage of data, and identify opportunities for adding or modifying to the data assets under management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct data analysis to support governance initiatives and decision-making; Create and maintain documentation for Data Governance processes, standards, and workflows;
• Develop and update training materials for data governance onboarding and enablement; Deliver training sessions to cross-functional teams on Data Governance principles, tools, and procedures; Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent documentation and training practices;
• Identify opportunities to improve Data Governance documentation and training effectiveness.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Problem solving skills; Customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time, Knowledge of OneTrust, Collibra, Databricks, PowerBI.

Strong analytical skills;

• Experience with Data Governance tools and frameworks;
• Experience in creating training content and delivering workshops or onboarding sessions; Familiarity with Pharmaceutical or Healthcare data environments is a plus.

Education/Experience:

• Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training required.
