Job Description
Title: Supply Chain Sr. Associate
Duration: 15+ Months
Location: Holly Springs, NC 27540 (Hybrid - 1-2 days onsite, Standard working hours)
 
Ideal Candidate: Bachelor’s degree and 6 months Supply Chain and/or Operations work or military experience, See top 3 skillsets
 
Top 3 Must-Have Skill Sets:
Nice to have: Master Data or ERP experience, GMP knowledge

Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain supply chain business processes and system configurations aligned with global standards and site-specific needs.
 - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to enable supply chain process optimization and digital solutions.
 - Collaborate closely with manufacturing, quality, procurement, warehousing, IT, and global supply chain functions.
 - Execute data-driven insights using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to develop reports and dashboards for key performance metrics.
 - Support master data entry and accuracy across systems in partnership with global Master Data Management (MDM) and SAP teams.
 - Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on operational readiness, capacity planning, process improvements, and risk mitigation.
 - Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs, training materials, and process documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency.
 - Participate in system validation, testing, and change control processes to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
 - Track and report on continuous improvement initiatives, deviations, CAPAs, and change control records as needed.
 - Support Continuous improvement initiatives within the Site Supply Chain Team.
 - Apply analytical skills to extract, compile and interpret data relevant to evaluate complex situations/problems using multiple sources of information.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, develop analytics and reporting tools, and contribute to continuous improvement and digital transformation efforts.

OR
Bachelor’s degree and 6 months Supply Chain and/or Operations work or military experience
OR
Associate degree and 2 years Supply Chain and/or Operations work or military experience
OR
High School Diploma / GED and 4 years Supply Chain and/or Operations work or military experience
Preferred Qualifications are:
- Experience in supply chain, business systems, operations, or analytics within a regulated industry.
 - Demonstrated experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
 - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
 - Proven ability to collaborate effectively across functional areas and communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
 - Experience with master data and ERP systems (e.g., SAP ECC/S4, Kinaxis Rapid Response).
 - Familiarity with GMP regulations and manufacturing operations.
 - Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies (certification is a plus).
 - Project management or coordination experience within cross-functional or global teams.
 - Strong understanding of supply chain planning, logistics, and inventory management principles.
 - Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex environment while meeting deadlines.
