Title: Sr. Clinical Research Associate
Type: Per Diem | Up to 20 hrs/week| Travel up to 50%

Contract: 6 months

Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Clinical Research Associate to provide study monitoring for clinical studies. This role ensures compliance with GCP, FDA, ISO, HIPAA, and all applicable regulations. The CRA may serve as Lead Monitor and mentor junior monitors.

Responsibilities: 

•  Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits (qualification, initiation, interim, close-out)
•  Review CRFs, AEs/SAEs, protocol deviations, and site documentation
•  Maintain study device/supply accountability and resolve discrepancies
•  Build strong relationships with site staff and internal partners
•  Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with study monitoring plans.

Requirements: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/science (clinical background preferred: RN, NP, etc.)
•  5+ years of CRA experience in device/pharma, with strong medical device expertise
•  Strong knowledge of ICH GCP, FDA CFR, ISO, HIPAA
•  Excellent communication and organizational skills
•  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
