Job Title: Legal Operations Analyst
Duration: 23+ Months
Location: EST/PST Remote
Overview
The Legal Operations Analyst performs a variety of legal and administrative duties to support a business unit or department within the organization. This role focuses on technological efficiencies to enable the Sales Legal team to scale resources and empower self-service for the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Cases legal intake system to manage and prioritize legal questions from GBG and SBG sales teams and advertisers’ legal teams.

Update dashboards and provide metrics support for reports to Sales and Legal leadership, aiding in resource creation efforts.

Manage and update the Legal Hub, maintaining internal and external documentation, resources, and FAQs for various products and legal topics.

Build and maintain the legal-only internal knowledgebase.

Draft legal responses to Sales and external advertiser inquiries.

Create training decks and deliver training to Sales and Legal teams as needed.

Provide communications support via newsletters, posts, and Hub updates on legal, regulatory, and business topics.

Coordinate legal systems and process creation or updates where necessary.
Essential Skills and Experience

Prior experience in an in-house legal department or law firm.

Superior data analytical skills with the ability to distill recommendations.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of SharePoint and Power BI.

Experience with metric-driven processes and technology improvements.

Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage time effectively.

Strong relationship-building skills to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with project management processes.

Prior experience in a tech company environment.

Knowledge of Tableau or other dashboarding tools.
