Location: Arecibo, PR

Summary:
Provide Process/Quality Engineering support to projects and/or manufacturing, helping to ensure delivery of highest quality product to the customer by assisting in the identification and resolution of quality related issues.  The Associate Quality Engineer will work with different team members, to address all opportunities found in the assigned manufacturing line and/or project.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
• Works with line support team or project transfer team.
• Support basic exception/investigations and/or deviations as applicable.
• Gains understanding of product quality plans, documents, and systems by reviewing product specifications, quality specifications, quality plans, risk analysis, FMEA in conjunction with other product development team members.
• Learn Process Monitoring Systems, Quality tools and training materials.
• Use of problem-solving tools with direction and use of basic engineering principles.
• Write protocols and reports with management oversight to support engineering studies and validations.
• Power Bi knowledge (Needed)
• Python programming knowledge (must)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Science or Bachelor Engineering, Electrical, Software, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Curriculum trains students in skills required to perform assignments.
• The individual will typically have had a minimum 0-2 years experience in an engineering discipline or advanced education to achieve the level of skill.
