Position: Program Manager
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 2 days/week) 
Duration: 6 Months
 
Responsibilities:
Project level:

• Responsible management/execution of project(s)/ programs assigned
• Manage scope, issues, risks, and critical path activities thru a partnership multiple workgroups
• Establish governance and actively engage key stakeholders
• Create and manage integrated project schedule, budget, constraints, and dependencies
• Ensure deliverables, milestones, and benefits are met
• Work with business to help drive adoption thru process and procedures for DT related projects
• Proactively manage key project activities, resource requirements, and projects interdependencies
• Report the performance of projects/programs to the project team, stakeholders, and leadership
• Ability to adapt/tailor presentation to the audience
• Perform other tasks as assigned

1. Executive Presence & Communication – Able to confidently present to senior leadership and influence stakeholders.
2. Presentation & Documentation – Skilled in creating PowerPoint decks, reports, and executive updates that resonate with both business and technical audiences.
3. Financial Management – Strong experience managing cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts across multiple projects.
4. Program/Portfolio Oversight – Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and risks are well managed.
5. Airline / Airport Operations Experience – Previous exposure in aviation industry, especially airport operations (either IT systems or field ops)

 
Nice-to-Have Skills / Certifications

• Agile training/certification (CSM, SAFe, PSPO) – to better align with delivery teams.
• PMP certification – a plus but not mandatory.
