Job Description

Job Position: Project Manager 
Length of Assignment (LOA): 6 Months
Location: onsite – North Chicago IL 60064

The candidate will be working on cross-functional projects, collaborating with various teams across departments to drive project success.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of onsite presence and 2 days of remote work each week.
We are looking for a seasoned project manager with the ability to proactively identify and manage project risks effectively. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves constant coordination with stakeholders and team members. The team is currently undergoing large-scale transformations, so the candidate should be comfortable navigating and contributing to dynamic, evolving environments.
The candidate must be highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities and keeping projects on track.
Experience using Smartsheets for project planning, tracking, and reporting is required.
This role has the potential to be extended beyond the initial assignment based on performance and business needs.

Additional Qualification
PMP would be great – not required.

• 5-7 years+ of work experience, bachelor’s degree minimum
• Excellent verbal and written communication to convey project goals, progress, and expectations clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Proficiency in planning, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently to keep the project on track.
• Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions and solve problems proactively
• Expertise in engaging with stakeholders, understanding their expectations, and ensuring their needs are met What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
