Job Description

Job Title: Global Programs Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote 
Duration: 6 Months

Job Purpose:

  • As a key member of the Global Programs team, you will be instrumental in supporting and scaling our most impactful programs.
  • This role focuses on three core areas: Integrated Marketing support for major T1 events, building and managing our Events in a Box (EIAB) program, and helping execute our global Roadshow events.
  • You will work collaboratively with our global campaigns, field marketing, digital, product marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless program execution.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Integrated Marketing Support: Assist in the internal communication of  our T1 events (e.g., Gartner Symposium, AWS Re:Invent, Oktane), help ensure global campaign messaging is used consistently, and surface opportunities to integrate these events across global and regional marketing efforts.
  • Events in a Box (EIAB): Support the creation, maintenance, and promotion of our pre-packed, field event programs. You will help collect, bundle, and build out all necessary materials, including messaging, promotional copy, and follow-up assets, to enable field marketers to execute events quickly and effectively. Lead the evolution of this program to be truly self-service for field marketers, through AI and automation driven innovations.
  • Roadshow Events: Provide project management and execution support for our centrally managed in-person and virtual roadshow series, helping to coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and manage stakeholders across different regions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between global campaigns, field marketing, digital, and sales teams to align on program goals and execution.
  • Program Execution: Assist in the distribution and upload of leads from various marketing channels to ensure timely follow-up.

 

Technology skills:

  • Marketing automation, webinar & CRM platforms (knowledge of Marketo, On24 and Salesforce preferred)
  • Data management tools (Tableau, 6sense, experience highly desirable)
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Strong analytical abilities, with proven experience in manipulating data, analyzing outcomes, and identifying key insights to optimize programs.
     

Qualifications Preferred:

  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B tech marketing; experience in an enterprise-level company is a plus.
  • Familiarity with collaboration, marketing, and sales tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, Salesforce, Splash, Marketo, and Asana.
  • History of, or preference towards, innovation and AI/automation first solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and on budget.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a history of working successfully with cross-functional and regional teams.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A track record of being agile and adapting to changing timelines and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing preferred).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
