Project Planning & Governance Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Define project governance models and reporting cadences. Execution & Monitoring Track progress against milestones and KPIs. Manage risks, issues, and change requests. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives (for Agile projects) Stakeholder Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates.
