Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst to support the Technical Security Operations team. This role will focus on process development, documentation, standards creation, and metrics optimization to drive efficiency and compliance across security and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Standards Development

• Draft, revise, and maintain comprehensive documentation for security and operational standards, procedures, and workflows.

• Establish document control protocols including versioning, formatting, and distribution.

• Ensure documentation aligns with internal knowledgebase systems and complies with organizational standards.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to capture technical and procedural knowledge.

Process Review & Optimization

• Review existing standards and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Conduct gap analyses and recommend actionable changes.

• Implement approved process changes and monitor adoption/effectiveness.

• Maintain updated training materials aligned with revised procedures.

Metrics Development & Enhancement

• Design and enhance performance metrics to evaluate compliance and operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with data owners to ensure accurate sourcing and reporting.

• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate outcomes and trends to leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Corporate Security, Engineering, and Project Management teams to ensure process standards are integrated across functions.

• Report progress, audit results, and recommendations to leadership.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors when documentation overlaps with external services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 7+ years of experience in systems development, business analysis, and IT operations.

• Strong expertise in process development and documentation (must-have).

• Proven ability to model, analyze, design, test, implement, and maintain complex applications.

• Knowledge of client-server applications, data management, and system testing.

• Ability to translate business/user needs into technical requirements.

• Experience leading or mentoring business systems analysis personnel.

• Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technology’s impact on business value.
