Job Title: Process Mining COE Lead/Process Engineer IV

Overview

An experienced Process Mining COE Lead is required to join the Finance Innovation Hub. This role requires a strong Celonis professional who can lead the Center of Excellence (COE) for process mining, working closely with finance leadership to expand the program, support ongoing projects, increase user adoption, and quantify value realized from process mining engagements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in finance processes, Celonis, and the ability to manage a global team while driving process excellence.

• Strong business acumen in finance disciplines (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Order to Cash, General Ledger, etc.) and ability to identify value drivers

Key Qualifications

• Robust Celonis skillset including managing data pipelines, building analyses, and enabling users

• Experience in process excellence or consulting with a focus on improving efficiencies in finance

• Ability to make independent decisions, take initiative, demonstrate resilience, and adapt to change

• Strong understanding of finance processes and general ledger

• Experience working in or leading a Process Mining Center of Excellence (COE)

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Process Mining program within the Finance Innovation Hub

• Collaborate with finance leaders, Global Process Owners (GPOs), and Process Owners to identify and deliver process mining projects

• Manage current projects and teams including Celonis partners, contingent workers, and consulting resources

• Track and report on value realized from process mining projects

• Develop and maintain a project roadmap aligned with business priorities

• Build strong relationships with Engineering Product Managers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Finance Analytics teams to streamline data identification and access

• Work with the Data Security team to ensure operational dashboards balance security with accessibility

• Drive user adoption and provide enablement to finance users and stakeholders

• Demonstrate expertise with Celonis process mining platform
