Job Title: Integration Scrum Master/Project Manager
Duration of project: 6 months
Location: 100% Remote
Description:  
Position Summary
Strategically manage and oversee data engineering projects within ADDG PMO by leveraging agile/hybrid methodologies to drive project success, enhance team collaboration, and deliver high-quality data solutions on time and within scope.
Position Accountabilities:
  • Reports to ADDG PMO Lead
  • Reports to P&E Lead (in some instances Delivery Lead or Tech Manager)
  • Lead, manage and coach end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and delivery of data engineering projects using agile and waterfall (external projects) methodologies
  • Collaborate with Product Managers & stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively addressing any challenges that may impact project success
  • Foster a collaborative environment by promoting & coaching agile best practices, continuous improvement, effective team dynamics, and a culture of learning and growth
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including project milestones, deliverables, and team performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies, integrate solutions, and ensure successful delivery of data engineering projects
  • Support the Product, Services and Delivery teams on velocity and delivery throughput
  • Present large integration activations at National CAB for approval
  • Assist in Go-Live Planning for interfaces, including transition of support to Operations and completing Transition Checklist and Maintain project budget (if applicable)
Position Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex data engineering projects
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and project management practices, with a focus on data engineering and technology projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and engage stakeholders
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and issues
  • Project capacity ownership: resource plan management, ownership of project hours tracking & reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles, and tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow)
  • Must be familiar with HL7 standards and File transfer protocol knowledge
  • Must have experience in hospital or healthcare systems
  • Must have proficiency in implementing and/or supporting major application packages in and outside of healthcare
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Business Management
