Job Description
We are building a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to support our next phase of global growth. As part of this major initiative, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Workstream Lead to oversee all HR-related activities tied to the plant launch. This candidate should have experience partnering with HR COE partners on initiatives from workforce planning to talent acquisition to policy development to total rewards philosophy.
This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in HR leadership within manufacturing environments and a proven ability to deliver results in complex, fast-moving projects.
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Leadership

Serve as the HR lead for the manufacturing plant buildout project team

Develop and manage the HR project plan, milestones, and deliverables

Act as the primary liaison between HR, operations, and program management
Talent Strategy / Workforce Planning

Define staffing models and hiring timelines for plant rampup with Ops leadership

Partner with Talent Acquisition to source, onboard, and train plant personnel

Support leadership hiring and organizational structure design
Policy / Compliance

Develop site-specific HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

Ensure alignment with corporate standards and local labor laws

Support safety, EHS, and labor relations readiness by partnering with appropriate POCs
Culture / Change Management

Champion culture-building initiatives aligned with company values

Support change management efforts during plant launch and scaleup

Facilitate leadership alignment and employee engagement strategies
Systems / Infrastructure

Coordinate HRIS setup and integration for the new site

Ensure readiness of payroll, timekeeping, and benefits systems

Support training and development infrastructure
Qualifications
-
10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred

Proven success leading HR workstreams for large-scale capital projects or plant launches

Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance

Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive clarity across cross-functional teams
