Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and technical operations. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive schedule adherence, and contribute meaningfully to technical assessments and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings with clear documentation of outcomes.
• Drive aggressive follow-up on action items, receivables, and deliverables.
• Own and manage complex project schedules across multiple teams.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Provide meaningful input in technical assessments and decision-making processes.
• Continuously identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Solid State Physics.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a manufacturing-related business.
• Experience with Solid State manufacturing or mobile communication device manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations and PCB fabrication processes
