Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst/Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 03+ Months (possibility of extension)
Overtime Estimate - 10 hours Expected per week
 
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste
• Problem solve and design solutions for Client’s network
• Maintain/update internal documentation for internal training and reference
 
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline
• Strong Math, Logical, Problem Solving skills
• Strong analytical abilities, and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Analyst work background, or focus in higher education
• Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management

 
Overview:

• Verify Bill of material ordered in full (In Excel)
• Communicate with startup and provide updates on BOM delivery dates (Via weekly calls that they host, 45 min calls to share the outcome of the inventory analysis, and provide action items)
• Coordinate BOM delivery date with Logistics Center and procurement teams.
• Consolidate reallocated inventory list and upload in system to perform receipt on site (In Excel)
• Lead inventory review calls and provide ETA.
• Complete procurement of gap order 4 weeks prior to testing. (Create orders in Coupa on occasion)
• We have placed orders, we need someone to track the status of their orders, this person will also have to set meetings with stake holders, Communication in English and Spanish would be great!

 
Required Skills:

• 5+ years of recent excel experience, must be advanced ask they will be using excel every day for a majority of their day
• 2+ years of Smart Sheet Experience
• 2+ years analyzing large datasets for supply chain orgs
• Experience in analyzing supply chain logistics

 
Must Haves:

• Analytical skills within MS Excel. (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)
• Smart Sheet
• Stellar Communication Written/Verbal, Coupa Would be a Nice to Have!
