Job Description

Job Title: Senior Program Manager, Community Blueprint
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months

Duties:
  • Community Blueprint team is seeking a seasoned leader to translate insights into action and drive high-impact change.
  • You’ll balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, partnering with technical experts to turn complex challenges into measurable results.
  • In this role, you will identify and close user experience gaps, elevate the team’s visibility and influence, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver initiatives that enhance the host and guest experience.
  • Success requires exceptional communication, the ability to influence senior leaders, and a track record of delivering results in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • We’re looking for a self-starter who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and collaboration someone ready to make a lasting impact on global community.
 
A Typical Day:
  • Lead complex cross-functional programs, managing multiple priorities while navigating ambiguity.
  • Partner with executive leadership to establish alignment, share progress, and set expectations.
  • Define and implement program plans, schedules, and performance metrics that meet executive standards.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and maintain accountability for delivery timelines.
  • Adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Scale best practices that strengthen the Community Blueprint mission and enhance delivery efficiency.
  • Continuously refine program management processes to drive organizational maturity and impact.
 
Skills:   
Your Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 12+ years of program management experience, including work at the intersection of data, business, and transformation.
  • Proven ability to partner with engineering and analytics to build business cases that turn insights into action.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to manage expectations across levels.
  • Experience leading diverse teams through influence, accountability, and clear execution standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a focus on executive-ready storytelling.
  • Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable under pressure; able to make quick, informed decisions.
