Job Title: Project Manager
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Indianapolis, IN, 46256 ( Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) )
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive operations technical transfer project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Monitor and control project execution.
• Monitor and mitigate risk.
• Monitor the progress of projects and proactively identify and report any projected risks to overall targets or timelines as well as potential mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements/improvement potential.
• Drive close alignment with relevant stakeholders within the client's operations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of project management, including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment for medical or pharmaceutical products.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate project-related activities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, Stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Proficient in project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, and/or Monday.com. Ability to manage projects with ambitious milestones.
• Ability to escalate and drive management decisions concerning project execution and resource needs.
• Project Management specific training and/or certification.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with the internal and external partners.
• Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• 3+ years of project management experience, including risk management, project reporting, and delivering quantitative and qualitative results in complex environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Monday.com.
• Strong business acumen and dedication to operational excellence.
• Excellent communication on different Levels, ability to address challenges in an environment with divergent interests.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and to align diverse interests towards a common goal.
