Location: Lake County, IL (Hybrid – Wednesdays A4, Thursdays J41)
Duration: 6 Months Contract

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with 5+ years of experience in IT and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with familiarity in cybersecurity and operational technology within a manufacturing environment.
This position requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting while seamlessly transitioning into ongoing corporate projects.

- Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT and GRC roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of operational technology in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to perform and streamline complex data analysis and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in requirements gathering, testing, verification, and validation within systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity terminology, frameworks, and standards (e.g., ISO, NIST).
- Ability to quickly integrate into ongoing projects supporting corporate business operations.
- Strong coordination skills to manage activities across delivery teams and interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
