Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Manager to join our Marketing Finance team. This role is a key part of the Go-to-Market Finance team and will collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and Corporate Finance.
 
You’ll play a key role in developing and enhancing ROI models, building marketing performance metrics, and helping drive smarter, more scalable financial processes. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytically strong and tech-savvy, with a passion for data, automation, and storytelling through insights.
 
This is a highly visible and strategic role for someone who is equally comfortable in the weeds of data and in conversations with business partners. We’re looking for someone with advanced technical and analytical skills who is passionate about efficiency, storytelling through data, and driving scalable solutions.
 
What You Will Be Doing

  • Acts as the primary finance business partner to the Customer Marketing and Global Events teams, supporting investment decisions through spend analysis, ROI insights, and financial guidance.
  • Builds and maintains ROI models and develops standardized marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Owns key financial models including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) / Lifetime Value (LTV) and Pipeline-to-Bookings and supports enhancements to ensure alignment with business strategy.
  • Leads the automation and streamlining of manual tasks using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, and AI technologies like ChatGPT or GPT-based solutions.
  • Supports the monthly and quarterly close processes, including accrual validation, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Prepares dashboards and recurring reports that translate complex financial data into actionable insights for Marketing and Finance leadership.
  • Drives scalable process improvements, template development, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Performs ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives across Marketing and Go-to-Market teams.

 
What You Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5–7+ years of FP&A or business analytics experience, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or global company.
  • Experience in ROI modeling and performance measurement, exposure to Marketing Finance is a plus
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience using or building automations with AI (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline workflows is highly valued.
  • Strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
