Job Title: Wintel Level 2 / Level 3 support Specialist
Location: Toronto, ON, (Remote)
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension

Location: Toronto, ON, (Remote)
Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with Wintel Level 2 / Level 3 support and troubleshooting (Desktop/Laptops/VDIs/Cloud Devices).
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential – we will want to hear about /see some examples of what they did.
- Our mandate: Create fully automated scripts (Data Collection/Endpoint Remediation) to address various scenarios e.g. Device Health Check, Compliance, Apps/Services monitoring…
- Scripts will be operationalized mainly via Lakeside\ Systrack or Intune
- Experience with Lakeside Systrack is mandate (Hands on experience).
- SQL experience.
- Good knowledge of AD, SCCM, Intune, SysTrack.
