Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid)
Duration: 4 Months with possible extension
Work hours: Monday – Friday, Flexible (8–5 or 9–6).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in the development and execution of departmental business plans, strategies, initiatives, and operating capital plans.
• Acts as an advisor to program teams regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
• Run the full life cycle of system implementation (implementation → monitoring → testing → rollout).
• Manage 10–12 integrations (mix of HR and non-HR systems).
• Identify and mitigate risks.
• Work closely with vendors, HR team, and IT team.
• Strong communication skills to engage both stakeholders and internal teams.

• Smartsheet
• Internal VersionOne tool (similar to JIRA)
• No strict tool proficiency required – focus is on data flow, integration, problem-solving, and advisory role
