Job Title: Program Manager, Commercial Learning & Development, Leadership Development
Location: 100 % Remote
Duration: 12-18 months. Occasional travel is required to attend meetings and support training events in person at HQ in Foster City, CA or other US locations.

Description:
Essential Duties and Job Functions:
- Develops and implements relevant training programs for US Commercial field employees and affiliated programs as needed.
- Develops and executes training on communication, analytics, and peer leadership skills, as well as ongoing learning sustainment programs & programs as needed.
- Collaborates with internal customers including Compliance/Legal to ensure training materials and workshops are current, effective and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and manage project timelines and action plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
- Interface with internal training teams and external vendors to keep projects on track and meet deadlines
- Vendor management to ensure vendor deliverables and timelines are met
- Facilitation of training calls and/or workshops as needed
- Organizational skills, time management, problem solving, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks are all prerequisites of an effective program manager.
- Proficiency in applications including SmartSheet, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and TEAMS, particularly as used in the development of instructional content and to track classes, calendars, rosters, and project timelines.
- Highly self-motivated and self-managed; ability to take the initiative, work independently, and as part of a team with minimal coaching or supervision.
- Ability to organize and work under strict time and production deadlines, while producing quality deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of technical tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
- Collaborate with employees, contractors, vendors, partners, and customers across the company globally.
- Ability to effectively communicate in visual, oral, and written presentation forms.
- Strong interpersonal communication, facilitation, problem-solving, decision-making making and analytical skills.
- BS or BA Degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in training, learning & development, project management, and/or leadership development.
- Pharmaceutical/biotech experience
