Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled, execution-focused Project Manager that will assist with driving supply chain logistics process improvements, document current processes, SOPs and flows, ensuring compliance alignment, supporting warehouse system initiatives, and coordinating efforts across business and operational teams to support scalable execution.
  • This role will also support operational initiatives within client’s Forward Supply Chain Operations.
  • This NTW role is responsible for project oversight tied to the nationwide movement and distribution of network deployment equipment. This includes supporting key initiatives that track service levels at our primary 3PL partner in Arlington, TX, and 46 forward-stocking locations across the U.S.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Performance Monitoring: Support tracking of weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA metrics with the 3PL operator. Help coordinate actions around service gaps and improvement plans.
  • Compliance Support: Assist in monitoring adherence to SOX control activities and provide documentation support for audit readiness.
  • Project Coordination: Contribute to national WMS-related initiatives and other operational projects that reduce manual labor, improve throughput, and support efficiency gains.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between internal operations, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Reporting & Insights: Help collect and synthesize KPI data, generate reporting packages, and assist with root cause documentation.
 
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of project management or logistics experience, preferably in supply chain environments.
  • Familiarity with 3PL operations, SLA monitoring, and vendor interaction.
  • Working knowledge of compliance processes (e.g., SOX).
  • Ability to support project lifecycles and report on milestone progress.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with NRAAF processes.
  • Proactive and organized, with a bias for execution and detail.
 
Preferred Experience:
  • Supply Chain Management and Process Optimization, Inventory Control and Compliance.
  • Telecommunications or network deployment experience.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Knowledge of Agile or Lean operations.
  • Exposure to nationally distributed operations.
  • Confluence.
  • ChatGPT Experience a plus.
  • Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc).
  • WMS Systems, Office Suite, PowerBI, Databricks, Power Automate, PowerApps, and Lucid.
 
What does a typical day look like:
  • A typical day centers on developing, revising, and optimizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flows to support scalable operations.
  • The Project Manager will also monitor 3PL SLA performance, support SOX compliance tasks like cycle count tracking, participate in WMS standups, follow up on action items, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and improve execution.
  • KPI reporting and weekly status updates round out the daily responsibilities.
