Description
The Post Sales Operations (PSO) group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Readiness Program Manager to join the Service Planning & Strategy team. This group oversees customer support operations for all products, ensuring readiness as new cutting-edge products are launched.
The ideal candidate excels in leading projects end-to-end, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence in customer support. They should be adept at navigating complex project landscapes and implementing continuous improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities

Manage End-to-End Programs: Lead customer support program management activities for new product introductions, ensuring operational readiness before product launch.

Drive Project Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk management strategies, and Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to meet goals.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with customer support, engineering, product management, sales, and other teams to align objectives, meet launch schedules, and deliver milestones on time.

Use Data to Define Solutions: Advocate for customer-centric solutions by defining support requirements and leveraging data-driven insights.

Resolve Risks: Identify launch risks, lead resolution efforts, and facilitate collaboration to execute action items efficiently.

Support Operational Processes: Enhance operational efficiencies across product support planning, design, and capabilities.

Evaluate Program Performance: Establish metrics to assess program and operational performance, communicate progress, and identify areas for optimization.

Maintain Post-Launch Performance: Monitor product performance after launch, implement lessons learned, and drive improvements for future launches.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology or consumer electronics.

Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to completion.

Strong understanding of post-sales operations and new product introduction processes.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications

5+ years in program management, with experience in both new product introduction and after-market operations.

Experience in emerging technology environments.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

Proficiency with data analysis tools and methodologies to drive informed decision-making.
