Job Title: Data Analyst – Data Analyst I
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite)
Duration: 5 months
 
Role Overview:
The Data Analyst will work on map analysis for bidding strategies using Python, geospatial data, and reference tables. They will create dashboards, run automation scripts, and prepare state-required specification files.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform map analysis for bidding strategy using data analysis techniques and Python scripts.
• Analyze bidding outcomes (locations bid & won) and gather competitive insights.
• Work with location & geospatial data and merge it with reference data.
• Create dashboards/visualizations for BEAD location statistics.
• Automate creation of specification files for state-required formats.

 
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build/manage financial models, forecasts, and perform variance analysis.
• Knowledge of basic Python (scripting, data processing).
• Proficiency in MS Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
