Job Title: Marketing Associate II
Location: Remote (NYC preferred or EST)
Duration: 3 Months - Possibility of extension
Summary
Seeking a collaborative Marketing Associate II to work with internal and external stakeholders in the U.S. and internationally to create and deliver marketing packages tailored for government, political, and nonprofit audiences. This role requires close partnership with cross-functional teams—product, policy, legal, and sales—to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, curious, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. A strong marketing background is essential, with the ability to lead strategic initiatives and drive measurable impact. Experience in policy, integrity, government, or elections is a plus.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing materials (e.g., decks, one-pagers, blog posts) to drive awareness and education of digital marketing for global government and political organizations.

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority global marketing programs and solutions.

Learn and apply brand standards and messaging for government and nonprofit communications.

Manage agencies and vendor teams to create and execute content.

Coordinate with regional teams for localization of content across multiple countries, audiences, and languages.

Communicate plans across the organization and to cross-functional stakeholders.

Report on results and key learnings from marketing collateral.
Required Skills & Experience

5 years of relevant experience in digital and/or product marketing.

Experience creating marketing collateral for large-scale internal and external audiences, ideally with a global focus.

Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Vendor and agency management experience (client or agency side).

Strong written communication skills to translate complex concepts into simple, clear language.

Creative thinker with proven ability to innovate, mitigate risk, and execute ideas.

Experience with content or knowledge management systems.
