Job Summary
Client is hiring an experienced Sustainability Business Analyst CW to join our Net Zero & Sustainability Team. Our team enables Client to operate and grow sustainably and responsibly. We envision a world at the end of the decade where Client has met our science-based emissions reduction target, achieved net zero emissions across our value chain, restored more water than our operations consume and consistently upheld the human rights, safety and well-being of workers in our manufacturing supply chain.
This role will provide support to several programs including Responsible Supply Chain (RSC) Responsible Minerals Sourcing; RSC Labor, Health & Safety, Human Rights; and Water Stewardship. Key responsibilities include data collection, analysis, and reporting; software optimization and scaling; supplier engagement; risk management support; reporting; sustainability project management. The role is heavily focused on data and project management, including the efficiency and scale of our tooling systems, and supports social and environmental projects such as responsible minerals sourcing and water stewardship.
Top 3 must-have HARD skills:
Experience in sustainability, supply chain, responsible minerals, water stewardship or related field
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Tableau / Tableau Prep Experience
Design, implement, automate and maintain data processes
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree in a related field.
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as SQL, Python, HIVE etc.
Experience working at Meta

7+ years of experience Job Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and improve sustainability data pipelines, databases, and dashboards delivering solutions that enable automation, scaling, and AI integration
Collect, analyze, and maintain third-party supply chain data, including support for annual regulatory compliance (conflict minerals, battery materials) and reporting activities
Data visualization of complex data sets
Support day-to-day management and optimization of supplier responsibility tooling, including functional specs, testing, roll-out, training
Project manage sustainability-related projects, for example: supplier risk screening, benchmarking, gap analysis
Support supplier engagement & prioritization activities
Experience:
Undergraduate degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering, environmental science, business, supply chain, and/or other sustainability
3+ years years of work experience with data management and sustainability
Experience with sustainability and supply chain responsibility data, including for example: environment, labor, health & safety, human rights, water stewardship, and responsible mineral sourcing
Familiarity with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) standards and tools is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Graphs, (requirement).
Experience working with custom software solutions and designing software functional specifications
Proficiency in Tableau, Tableau Prep Builder, Python, and SQL is a plus
Demonstrated experience in project or program management, with experience self-managing complex program delivery in a matrixed environment
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Experience diplomatically resolving issues through understanding conflicting inputs, achieving alignment, and proposing go-forward solutions
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, even when working under tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Key projects
Manage and enhance data pipelines, including leveraging supplier responsibility tooling systems with AI integration, internal databases, and creating sustainability dashboards
Promote responsible business practices within the supply chain and support compliance activities through supplier engagement on a variety of topics including conflict minerals, responsible battery sourcing, and labor topics
Progress tracking to support achievement of Client Water Positive Goal
