Summary:

• Operations is a dynamic, multi-faceted area that partners with all parts of the firm to provide financial counseling services to clients. In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation.
• Business Engagement is a relationship management team that is responsible for the client service strategy for PWM Operations. The group is focused on building and improving connectivity with the PWM Business, improving the client experience, helping drive strategic initiatives to promote organizational success, and serve as a central resource for managing escalations and coordinating bespoke operational needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process team specific tasks mainly focused on internal communications as requested by the business.
• Work across multiple systems and platforms inclusive of metrics and business intelligence tools.
• Interface with teams and businesses to resolve on-going issues and answer specific policy questions.
• Provide support and work on special projects as requested.
• Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Proven analytical skills and problem solving ability.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment.

Must Haves:
