Our client is seeking a skilled Purchasing Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibilities are to facilitate activities regarding the procurement of goods and services. This position will serve as the main point of contact for all purchasing related activities which may include: customer service, purchasing related activities, product training and support.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide a positive purchasing experience for internal customers.

• Act as a point of contact for purchasing activities regarding Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoicing. 

• Support Supply Chain purchasing related activities

• Ensure internal customers are receiving accurate and favorable interactions 

• Precisely follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency 

• Ensure all Purchase Orders issued comply with quality standards

• Provide process improvement recommendations and help drive cost savings opportunities 

• Contribute to the ongoing development of an effective and customer friendly procurement process

• Assist in investigating transaction discrepancies

Experience/Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience within the P2P framework.

• Ability to effectively work from home and ability to meet the Workday required flex model of 50% in-office

• Demonstrates initiative, flexibility and ownership of areas of responsibility.

• Ability to perform key purchasing related tasks.

• Ability to manage workload to ensure timely service

• Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi-task with the agility to change direction quickly and often.

• Ability to work well within tight deadlines.
