  • Communication and Coordination: Facilitate clear, timely, and transparent communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and issue resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, track, and mitigate operational risks, and proactively recommend and drive process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Execution and Support: Independently drive small-to-medium scale initiatives, while collaborating and supporting larger programs to ensure successful execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Issue Tracking and Remediation: Monitor issue tracking, drive follow-ups, and lead remediation efforts to ensure timely and effective resolution of operational issues and risks.
  • Reporting and Updates: Assist in developing accurate program updates, summaries, and reports to keep stakeholders informed.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience working in consulting, strategy, operations or equivalent program management experience or educational degree in project management, business, marketing, finance or operations - with particular focus on product operations;
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to anticipate challenges, unblock problems, and drive effective solutions.
  • Proven time management, task prioritization, and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to develop, improve, and operationalize processes.
  • Skilled at driving team collaboration, resolving conflicts by identifying tradeoffs and win-win scenarios, and setting clear priorities.
  • Demonstrated proactive problem-solving mindset: identifying operational gaps, analyzing root causes, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving priorities with flexibility and resilience.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in risk management and prioritization to ensure program success.
