Position Title: Associate Director, Consolidation Accounting (100% REMOTE)
Assignment Duration: 3+ Months
 
Position Summary: Perform month-end close and consolidation activities to support financial reporting and compliance for our organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Month-end close and consolidation activities include the preparation of consolidation adjustments such as profit-in-inventory adjustment, monitoring of intercompany balancing, preparation of equity roll forward, statement of cash flow, and analytical analysis
• Prepare support for the company's SEC filings (10-Q)
• Analyze financial results and create management reports
• Assist with technical accounting memos and analysis as needed

 
Qualification & Experience:

• Advanced proficiency using SAP/BPC and excel required
• Ability to disaggregate, analyze and reconcile consolidated financial data in an accurate and timely manner
• Ability to work and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel across the organization
• Strong organization skills with high level of attention to detail
• Flexibility to handle conflicting priorities and work under strict deadlines
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong analytical skills
• 4-6 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree
