Title: Product Marketing Manager

Summary
Seeking a Product Marketing Manager with a passion for building global brands and a proven track record in developing and executing insights-driven marketing strategies that foster brand affinity and consumer engagement. This role involves marketing immersive social products and experiences that inspire meaningful human connection, creativity, and self-expression. The position is part of a team focused on foundational consumer experiences across VR and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop internal enablement resources to support brand strategy and narrative, enhancing product understanding and consumer engagement
  • Ensure marketing assets and communications align with brand architecture and strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, product, insights, UXR, data science) to execute brand initiatives rooted in consumer insights and data
  • Guide creative and marketing teams on brand expression in campaigns, communications, and assets
  • Build strategic alliances across internal stakeholders to ensure unified execution of brand strategy
  • Represent the virtual reality and software ecosystem within the organization

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • 10–15+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, consumer products, or brand management at globally scaled companies
  • Proven experience in building mass-market consumer-centric brands
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategy and drive business outcomes
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies for free or paid consumer products across multiple audiences
  • Skilled in working with Brand, Communications, Policy, and Legal teams across all levels
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Project management experience in fast-paced environments with cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for immersive technologies and the future of human connection

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of the consumer mobile app and technology landscape, both domestically and internationally
  • Experience in the gaming or consumer technology industry
  • Domain knowledge in augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, wearable devices, mobile platforms, and hardware/software ecosystems
  • Global marketing experience with cultural and social awareness
  • Experience launching innovative, first-to-market products or emerging technologies
  • Copywriting experience and collaboration with creative teams
