Technical Program Manager IV

Onsite in MPK is Preferred (Also open to New York City, NY and Bellevue, WA)
 
Years of Experience: 7+ Years of Experience
Must-Have Skills      
  • Hands-On Program Managers (Family of Apps – WhatsApp, etc.) – Former META is very highly preferred, almost required.
  • Technical Expertise – Ability to communicate with technical teams
  • End-to-end customer focused products
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Awareness of Privacy Standards
Degrees/Certifications: Bachelor’s preferred, not required
About the Team:       
  • Team makes privacy recommendations to Family of Apps. This TPM CW will be assisting with remediating between teams.
Interview Process: 2 Rounds, 30-45 Mins Each
 
Scope of work and deliverables
  • Remediation of MAP disagreements
  • Collaborating with Partner and Product teams for remediation
  • Running Governance of UII workstream
  • Communicate and follow up for Open tasks/issues
Summary
  • Design measurements to track impact and drive internal process improvements.
  • Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your workstream.
  • Identify dependencies and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ongoing communication of planning, project status, issues and risks in a timely fashion to stakeholders.
  • Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiative.
  • Bring a strong sense of execution and ownership to the team.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to drive technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
  • Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions including reducing the manual efforts through automation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
  • Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
  • Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.
  • Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
  • Experience working with product teams to build and deliver end-to-end customer focused products with technical knowledge of the underlying platforms and technologies
