Responsibilities:
  •  Support early-stage development activities, including brainstorming and rapid prototyping of game features and mechanics
  •  Coordinate day-to-day production tasks across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones

  •  Facilitate effective communication among team members and across disciplines by preparing documentation and organizing meetings
  •  Track tasks, maintain detailed schedules, and monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks
  •  Assist in playtesting, feedback collection, and iteration of game features
  •  Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, helping the team stay focused and productive
  •  Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment
  •  Provide input on process improvements to optimize development workflows
 
Requisition Details
  •  Stay current with game industry trends, especially in AR/VR, and bring new ideas to the team
  • Manage and coordinate game production tasks and timelines
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, art, QA)

Must-Have Skills
  • Project Management, Communication, and Adaptability Proven experience managing projects with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, and Slack/Workchat.
  •  Experience in Game Development
  • 2-4 years of experience in game production or related roles within the game industry.
  • Familiarity with the full game development lifecycle, including concept, design, programming, art, and testing.
  • Experience working on early-stage game development and prototyping is a plus
  • Passion for video games and a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices

Nice-to-have Skills
AR/VR Experience
Hands-on experience or familiarity with Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies.
Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in immersive game development.
Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Knowledge or experience with AI technologies relevant to game development.
Ability to leverage AI for gameplay mechanics, content generation, or development tools.
 Risk Management and Mitigation Strategies
Experience identifying potential risks in game production and development.
Ability to develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and keep projects on track.
Proactive problem-solving mindset to address challenges before they impact delivery
