Job Title: Project/Program Manager

Job Description:
Responsibilities:

• Data program management role – manager who can work with scientists and engineers on team to design
• Initiation of project with legal and business stakeholders for SOWs
• Engaging with other team PMs in order to review status, provide feedback and manage project engagements to ensure timely delivery
• Responsible for the coordination and completion of data collection projects.
• Oversee all aspects of projects.
• Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects.
• Performs quality audits and prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project/program.

 
Qualifications:

• May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• PM experience important – working with multiple partners and coordinating weekly reviews with technical stake holders and sharing feedback
• Preferred that they worked on data collection and annotation projects in past but not required
• Preferred to be familiar with AWS tool – interface with data collection in S3
• Asana and Confluence tool knowledge helpful
• Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 
Degrees / Certs and/or Experience Required:

• 1-2 Years Experience in Data Collection

Must-Have Skills:

• 4-6 years of experience in Program and/or Project Management
• 1-2 Years Experience in Data Collection
