Reporting to the Head of Canada Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in demand generation and field marketing roles, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with agency partners and global cross-functional teams to implement integrated programs that drive relevance and impact in the market.

- Salesforce familiarity/experience
- Field Marketing experience

The Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with agency partners and global cross-functional teams to implement integrated programs that drive relevance and impact in the market.
- Strategize & Execute Industry Plans: Collaborate with HQ Industry Marketing and Sales Leaders to develop strategic market plans to accelerate growth.
- Drive Demand: Lead inbound marketing strategies; coordinate with Business Development, Digital Marketing, Web, and Email teams.
- Execute Integrated Programs: Manage end-to-end campaigns including events, webinars, email, and paid digital initiatives to meet customer acquisition and revenue goals.
- Expand Reach: Support high-impact activations with external partners and associations to grow brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Amplify Sales Impact: Partner with Sales and Sales leaders to drive effective campaign execution and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Programs, BDR, Solution Engineering, and Field Marketing teams to execute high-quality campaigns.
- Measure & Optimize: Analyze pipeline performance and continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.
- Strategic Counsel: Provide guidance to senior executives as needed.
- Budget Ownership: Manage program budgets and evaluate ROI.
- 5–7 years of success in Field Marketing or Demand Generation roles
- Experience thriving in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Creative, innovative, and agile mindset
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
- Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams
- Budget management and tactical spend optimization
- Proven track record of high-impact campaign execution
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Tableau, and Slack (preferred)
