Job Title: Agency Operations Project Manager
Location: Plainsboro, NJ 08536 (HYBRID, 3 days in-office)
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Schedule: M–F, 9–5

The Agency Operations Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing programs from kickoff to go-live by coordinating activities between external agency partners, NNI Omnichannel, Marketing, Production, and IT teams, to ensure project outcomes are achieved within defined scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.

The Agency Operations Project Manager is responsible for driving the successful execution of marketing programs from kickoff to go-live by coordinating activities between external agency partners, NNI Omnichannel, Marketing, Production, and IT teams, to ensure project outcomes are achieved within defined scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
Essential Functions:
Project Management and Leadership
- Lead and oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Direct project teams, providing guidance and expertise to ensure successful project execution within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
- Utilize subject matter expertise to advise on scope changes, quality assurance, and technical aspects of projects.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes.
- Apply best practices and knowledge to improve cross-functional engagement.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are understood and met.
- Facilitate effective communication across all project phases, ensuring transparency and alignment among stakeholders.
- Act as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
- Demonstrate expertise in key processes to drive improvements, influence strategic decision-making, and project outcomes.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for project management, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in BS or BA is required.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant commercial project management experience, primarily digital.
- 7–10 years of Project Management experience; PMP is a plus.
- Experience with all pharma marketing and launch scenarios preferred.
- Capable of working in ambiguity and establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with the cross-functional team.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Digital-minded with strong understanding of marketing asset specifications, templates, content management systems, and workflows.
- Experience collaborating with internal/external clients and managing external vendors.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with portfolio/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Workfront, JIRA).
- Exceptional production management and quality assurance skills.
