Role Summary
- Virtual and augmented reality are transforming design and creation through new immersive and collaborative experiences that will impact how major segments like entertainment, architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing converge.

- As a Data Analyst, you help teams make smarter, more informed decisions by turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.
- You’ll collect, clean, and analyze data, build reports and dashboards, and support ongoing business questions with timely, accurate analysis.
- In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced analysts and cross-functional teams, building your technical skills and learning best practices along the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards for various teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- Execute ad-hoc reporting requests and exploratory user behavior analysis
- Take ownership of data pipelines, from data ingestion to data modeling to analytics.
- Lead the design, build, test, and release of solutions to generate insight from a variety of data sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Break down high-level requirements into comprehensive epics and smaller tasks that can be easily managed and tracked.
- Organize and maintain a Jira backlog, ensuring that epics and tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and updated regularly.
- Lead sprint planning.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by following best practices in data collection, cleaning, and analysis, allowing for high-quality insights. Identify and resolve data discrepancies as needed.
- Mentor and support junior analysts by providing technical guidance, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team
- Ensure documentation is kept up to date with any changes or enhancements to data engineering processes, workflows, and systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 years of relevant industry experience in big data systems, data processing, and SQL databases.
- 3+ years of hands-on programming skills, able to write modular, maintainable code, preferably in Python
- Strong understanding of SQL, dimensional modeling, and analytical big data warehouses like Hive and Snowflake.
- BI Tools: Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and sharing insights
- Data Stack Exposure: Familiarity with Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, and Airflow (hands-on experience is a plus, but can be learned on the job)
- Experience with Product Analytics
- Strong technical skills and interest in learning best of class technologies around data warehousing, data wrangling, and data quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
