Title: Corporate Digital Operations Support
Duration: 6 months (Possible extension)
Location: Fully remote
Summary: As a key member of the Corporate Affairs Digital team, the Corporate Digital Operations Support CW will play a crucial role in executing daily internal and external digital communications priorities at the company. This position focuses on the hands-on management and ongoing optimization of enterprise digital communications platforms and channels, primarily corporate web properties.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience building and maintaining websites, with fluency in HTML and CSS (JavaScript knowledge is a plus)
- Strong understanding of responsive website design principles and front-end web development best practices
- Familiarity with responsive web frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation)
- Experience using various web platforms including Content Management Systems (CMS), Content Delivery Networks (CDN), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, email/marketing platforms, and Microsoft 365 applications
- Expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), website performance optimization (including Core Web Vitals), and Google Analytics 4 website performance measurement/reporting.
- Creative design proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (particularly Photoshop and Illustrator) to produce web-optimized media assets
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day digital publishing operations across the company’s corporate web properties.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement website updates using the company’s enterprise web content management platforms.
- Collaborate with Corporate Affairs stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and inform content development and optimization for web.
- Enable the execution of content strategy across website properties in support of business priorities.
- Perform website measurement and reporting to assess communications impact.
- Participate in team editorial calendar and content syndication planning/scheduling, tracked using the Airtable platform.
- Support the ongoing governance of the company’s corporate websites.
- Optimize website content to ensure consistent brand representation and increase visibility.
- Stay informed on evolving website technologies and platforms; identify best practices; monitor trends with latest web tools and applications.
- Research and identify digital tools and platforms to streamline current practices and create efficiencies.
- Conduct website benchmarking and competitive research as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate web communications role, preferably within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
- Experience using web content management systems and familiarity with enterprise website design, development, deployment, and maintenance processes.
- A working knowledge of Airtable for managing digital operations.
- Experience developing and/or maintaining a website design system.
- Ability to quickly comprehend and articulate technical problems and devise creative solutions.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of prioritizing a varied workload and producing high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
