Position: IT Project Manager
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid, 1 day/week)

Job Description:
The Tool is used today by client Line Pilots from within the Preferential Bidding System (PBS) to perform Inter-bidding analysis that analyzes the potential bidding group to check if a given bidding group can produce a legal line (in accordance with contractual and FAR requirements). It is a unique tool developed to prevent bidders from submitting bid groups that result in failures.
 
Client is needing the functionality of this tool folded into the existing "Crew Bid" (work/training bidding) and “Crew Request” (vacation, time off bidding) portions of the I/E Preferencing JEPP to provide Flight
 
Training Instructors and Evaluators this same capability throughout the bidding process.
 
Required:

• Managing and deriving project plans, milestones, governance updates and collaborating well with other cross-functional groups
• Strong understanding of agile best practices, as well as resource allocation and capacity allocations
• Experience identifying and resolving complex problems using technology to solve
• Demonstrated commitment to prior team's success and being a reliable source of support
• 5-10 years in agile Technology Management Consulting and/or program management

Preferred:

• Building funding requests, business cases and experience constructing/presenting presentations
• Experience with DT Crew Scheduling process and applications
