Position Title: Marketing Strategy & Planning Consultant
Duration: 6 months
Working Location: Remote
Shift: Candidate will be supporting EST and overseas, so PST would be a challenge to cover requirements.

Description:
- We're looking to add an established marketing professional to join our Global Marketing team.
- If you love travel, connecting, collaborating, and providing an outstanding customer experience, you could fit in well.
- We are looking for someone strategic and detail-oriented to join our Marketing Strategy & Planning team.
- As the Consultant, Marketing Strategy & Planning, you will work closely with the Director of Marketing Strategy & Planning and cross-functional teams to drive forward critical projects of strategic importance to the marketing team and wider commercial organization.
- You will be the key point-person for managing project timelines, partner engagement, and ensuring projects are executed on time and within scope, working with the marketing team and cross-functional collaborators.
- Key responsibilities include implementing and maintaining operational frameworks and planning processes that drive success on key initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop a comprehensive project management strategy in partnership with the Director of Marketing Strategy and Planning.
- Oversee project management of key initiatives and interdependent workstreams.
- Collaborate with and project manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across key projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators and partners.
- Create and track project management timelines, holding workstream owners accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
- Run cross-functional marketing workstream status calls.
- Provide critical updates to collaborators, including the Marketing Leadership and commercial teams.
Key Stakeholders and Relationships
- Marketing leadership team.
- Various marketing team leaders, including but not limited to brand, marketing communications, events, performance marketing, customer marketing, growth ops & intelligence, commercial enablement, and internal comms.
- Transition Management Office and other workstream leads.
- Commercial teams.
- Procurement and Finance.
- General Counsel and Compliance.
- Significant marketing experience delivering marketing transformation and/or long-term marketing initiatives and projects.
- Manager is looking for 6-7 years' experience that includes being able to work alongside senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple short and long-term marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, strategic thinker with a commercial focus and a hands-on approach.
- Strong experience working in the B2B space, preferably in marketing strategy and/or operations.
- Open-mindedness, excited to try new tactics, and perseverance to see projects to completion.
- Able to lead and operate effectively through periods of significant change.
- Proven experience delivering results in a highly commercial environment.
- International experience working with remote teams and time zones is a plus.
- Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
