Job Description:
This PM will Lead and manage integrated planning and scheduling activities across complex operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, production efficiency, and project delivery.

Job Description:
This PM will Lead and manage integrated planning and scheduling activities across complex operations, ensuring optimal resource utilization, production efficiency, and project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
- Develop and execute master production schedules
- Lead integrated planning processes across multiple projects/operations
- Define and track operational KPIs Drive process optimization initiatives
- Create long-term capacity plans
- Team Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and development opportunities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration
- Lead planning-related projects and initiatives
- Operations Optimization:
- Optimize resource allocation and utilization
- Develop and manage critical path scheduling
- Conduct constraint analysis and resolution
- Balance competing priorities and resources
- Manage schedule risk and recovery plans
- Advanced Analytics:
- Lead production forecasting and analysis
- Develop scenario planning models Implement advanced planning tools and systems
- Create data-driven insights for decision making
- Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with senior leadership team
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams
- Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Present performance reviews to executive leadership
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Advanced knowledge of planning systems (Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience Leadership experience
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Change management expertise
- Risk management understanding
- Process improvement methodology knowledge
