Project Management responsibilities within IT or other Business Areas
Description:
Project Management for Complaints and Restitution Programs. 

1. Stand up and manage the centralized Complaints program execution plan for ET&O which will include the following:

• Update existing procedures and create new procedures covering complaint intake, triage, remediation, establishment of 1^st line SLAs, 1^st line tracking and reporting
• Work with team to identify cross functional stakeholders and align process and procedures to execute against policy and standards
• Identify, track, and project manage training and communication deliverables

1. Work with Change Management team to continue ET&O execution plan for Restitution Program
   • Finalize business readiness deliverables for publication of new Restitution Standard and track completion
   • Update existing procedures and create new procedures mapped to new standard including intake, triage, remediation, establishment of 1^st line SLAs, 1^st line tracking and reporting
   • Work with team to identify cross functional stakeholders and align process and procedures to execute against new Restitution Standards
   • Identify, track, and project manage training and communication deliverables
