Job Description
The People and TA Operations Analyst will be a key member of the People Operations team providing systems and process support for all employees and managers of Workday. We operationally support and work closely with all areas of human resources including but not limited to Recruiting, Talent Experience, Total Rewards, HR Partners, Compliance, Belonging and Diversity and Global Mobility.
About the Role:
This role will have a key emphasis on project testing and functional enhancement testing support primarily in the areas of Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits and/ or HCM Core in Workday. About 50% of your time will be focused on testing support. While the remainder of your time (About 50%) will be troubleshooting to help solve Workmate issues through People Guide Requests (Ticket Resolution). A key focus will be on problem solving, responsiveness and communicating takeaways with the larger team for continuous improvement. The person must have sufficient base functional area knowledge to not require basic handholding (like now to read a business process, where to look in workday for basic tasks, tenant management). Must have EIB experience and be comfortable with them. The team member that joins will have their weeks vary on how much they must flex either into People Guide Requests OR project work
Must have experience and training in at least 2 of the 5 areas:
Workday Advanced Compensation (Annual Compensation Planning) or Compensation Core (job profiles, Comp plans)
Workday Talent (Calibration)
Workday Recruiting (Offer Letters)
Workday HCM Core (Testing - Hires, Change Job, Terminations)
Workday Benefits (US open enrollment)
